Terms of Service

Updated 15 October 2026

These terms govern the use of AI 247. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Operator

The service is operated by Support Global Goods s.r.o., ID 21983330, VAT ID CZ21983330, registered office Kojetínská 3157/55, Přerov I-Město, 750 02 Přerov, entered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 97024, represented by Daniel Sekanina, managing director (the “provider”).

Contact e-mail: support@ai247.world.

2. What the service is

AI 247 is a digital employee working 24/7. Using the information a business supplies (services, prices, opening hours, rules and knowledge base), it answers the business's customers on WhatsApp Business, in the company mailbox and in the AI chat on the business's website, and proposes calendar slots and bookings.

The offer does not include telephone calls or call handling. It is limited to the channels included in the selected plan.

3. What the service does not do

AI 247 does not give medical, legal or tax advice, does not handle emergencies and does not approve changes to bank or payment details.

Questions that go beyond the business's rules, or that raise doubt, are handed over to a person. Taking over a conversation pauses automated replies.

4. Account and consent

A business creates an account with an e-mail address and password and completes registration by confirming the registration e-mail. By signing in the business agrees to these terms.

The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it supplies and for having the right to use it in customer communication.

5. Connecting channels

For each channel the business grants access by signing in with its own provider (Meta for WhatsApp Business, Google or Microsoft for e-mail and calendar). The provider verifies the access, tests it and only then switches the channel on for live use.

Access permissions are stored encrypted and may be revoked at any time; revoking them stops automated replies on that channel immediately.

6. Operation and oversight

Every AI reply is recorded and shown in the working overview together with conversations, e-mails and bookings, so the business can review it at any time.

The business may take over a conversation, pause automated replies or change the rules the AI follows.

7. Plans, limits and prices

Prices shown on the website are provisional and exclude VAT; they become binding on the day the provider starts billing. The offer includes two plans and the option to buy additional human seats.

Limits count one visible AI reply regardless of channel. Exceeding a limit does not create an extra charge without the business's consent; the business is warned at 80 % and at 100 % of the allowance.

8. Availability

The provider keeps the service continuously available and announces planned maintenance in advance.

An outage or a rule change at a third-party provider (Meta, Google, Microsoft) is not a breach of contract; the provider informs the business and helps with a workaround.

9. Payment

Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. Until billing starts, the provider charges nothing.

Payment in arrears may lead to suspension of the service after prior notice.

10. Ending the service and data

The business may cancel at the end of a billing period without stating a reason. The provider may terminate for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Data can be exported. After cancellation it is deleted within 30 days, except data the provider must keep by law (for example accounting records).

11. Liability

The provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations within the limits of generally binding regulations.

The business remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the service's output; AI replies are not legal, medical or tax advice.

12. Changes to the terms

The provider announces changes by e-mail at least 15 days in advance. If the business disagrees, it may terminate before the changes take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.
